Welcome to Salty Popcorn - my site dedicated to expressing my opinion on films. Most of the reviews I read in the paper make me angry that they are either all so negative or I completely disagree with them. So now it's my turn. I hope you enjoy it and if you do sign up for updates on the left hand side. Thanks for stopping in!! Also, be sure to check out my other blogs www.sydneytable.com and http://www.orble.com/total-randomness/ PLEASE NOTE: My scoring of films is now based on an "Out of 10" score. wow Sandra Bullock was having a lucky year, i think she got her nomination and win through sheer lack of competition

yay for Mad Men, i love that tv series, i also quite like Nurse Jackie and 30 Rock, i think it was a better year for tv than for film

I keep meaning to hire out Mad Men and watch it - keep hearing good things.

I think Sandra Bullock fully deserves her win - Blind Side looks amazing. Not a comedy - a serious drama with acting involved and lots of heartfelt bits.

Is that where Jesus attended?

I ran into her literally a couple of years ago at Macro Whole Foods in Bondi - the quueue moved and she didn't so I literally bumped this lady and said sorry and she turned around and said no worries at all and then watched me collect my jaw off the ground
