I left on my holiday 9 days ago worrying that by not writing for one week all my readership would drop off and I would not have my articles in the "most popular" sections. What a sad sad life I live - I actually had Orble withdrawls and checked my emails and comments more than once a day from my mobile phone but I could not respond to anyone due to my silly phone.
But what a shock I received to find my readership skyrocketed on my leave and I actually reached the next goal of my writing - I MADE THE TOP 20 WRITERS LIST and have been there for 4 days now - this is unbelievably amazing and has had me cheering all week.

The thing that surprised me the most was that it wasn't Salty Popcorn that did it, nor Sydney Table - it was little Total Randomness that went nuts. I knew it had to be one article that went ballistic and was thinking all week that it was my article on Showing Your Undies and Tight Jeans: Awesome or Disgusting? - an article I put much thought and time into and thought deserved it - but alas it was not. I did not care too much which article did it - as long as people were visiting and reading I was smiling.
It turns out my arrticle on The Phenomenon of Farmville and Farmtown went nuts - I posted the link on the Facebook Fan Page for the two games and think someone then Digg'ed it or similar as over 600 people every day have been reading it. This to me is a phenomenon in itslef but a game that has attracted 9 million players in about 6 months sure has the capability of bringing in readers when written about.
I managed to get the site to a rank of 31 which is way awesome!!! And after 421 articles (crap that's a lot) and 1916 comments thanks to everyone that has helped me get here!!!
