I just loved the first one and still get panned as it is one of my favourite animations of all time - I care little about what people think about my tastes as I just LOVE the cute factor of the film and this one looks set to return us back to the fun of chilly Antarctica.
The sequel to the Academy Award winning animated smash hit, HAPPY FEET 2 returns audiences to the magnificent landscape of Antarctica in superb 3D. Mumble, The Master of Tap, has a problem because his tiny son Erik is choreo-phobic. Reluctant to dance, Erik runs away and encounters The Mighty Sven - a penguin who can fly!! Mumble has no hope of competing with this charismatic new role model. But things get worse when the world is shaken by powerful forces. Erik learns of his father's guts and grits as Mumble brings together the penguin nations and all manner of fabulous creatures - from tiny Krill to giant Elephant Seals - to put things right.
This one also sees the return of Elijah Wood and Robin Williams. We also get to see Hank Azaria in this one with the amazing PINK taking the character of the sadly passed away Brittany Murphy ad Brad Pitt, Matt Damon and Sofia Vergara round out this lead cast. No sighting of Nicole Kidman or Hugh Jackman in this one unfortunately but it still looks damn cute and Elijah can easily handle this one on his own. Releasing in the US on NOV 18 this year!
