Welcome to Salty Popcorn - my site dedicated to expressing my opinion on films. Most of the reviews I read in the paper make me angry that they are either all so negative or I completely disagree with them. So now it's my turn. I hope you enjoy it and if you do sign up for updates on the left hand side. Thanks for stopping in!! Also, be sure to check out my other blogs www.sydneytable.com and http://www.orble.com/total-randomness/ PLEASE NOTE: My scoring of films is now based on an "Out of 10" score. What's the greatest film of all time? The best action film and best comedy ever made? What's the most memorable line ever delivered in a movie?

Well derrrrrr, Titanic wins all for me Hahaha. Some of my friends hate me for it but I just love it and to hear Kate Winslet and Leonard "MY GOD" DiCaprio won the best onscreen romantic couple of all time just makes my day

Onscreen Romantic Couple, Best in Film, Leonardo

In an unprecedented collaboration between ABC News and People Magazine, it was America's turn to decide. They gave movie fans the opportunity to vote online for their favorite films of all time in 15 different categories, from best sci-fi film, best musical, best action flick, to greatest screen kiss and more.

Online voters selected the winners from a list of English-language film nominees created by an elite panel of film industry experts, including dozens of well-known actors, producers, directors and critics.

Over 500,000 votes were cast in the online poll, powered by Sodahead.com, which was open from late November 2010 to early January 2011.

I know John Doe will not be happy with the Greatest Film Character But I do like a lot of the winners.
