SHARK NIGHT 3D - only at the Movies November 10
A sexy summer weekend turns into a blood-soaked nightmare for a group of college students in SHARK NIGHT 3D, a terrifying thrill ride from the director of THE FINAL DESTINATION and the producers of HOSTEL and THE TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE.
Arriving at her family's Louisiana lake island cabin, Sara and her friends quickly strip down to their swimsuits for a weekend of fun in the sun. But when star football player Malik stumbles from the salt-water lake with his arm torn off, the party mood quickly evaporates. Assuming the injury was caused by a freak wake-boarding accident, the group realises they have to get Malik to a hospital on the other side of the lake, and fast. But as they set out in a tiny speedboat, their worst fears are about to surface - the lake has been stocked with hundreds of massive, flesh-eating sharks and getting back to dry land is going to be the fight of their lives.
Now this film is going to be gold, it is Jaws meets Snakes on a Plane having sex with The Final Destination ='s expect amazing deaths
Now to win 1 of 10 X Double passes you have to be one of the first 10 people to email me at jkdigitaldesigns@gmail.com the answer to the following question:
What is your scariest shark moment? Be it personal or your fear after watching Jaws.
You must include your postal address and your name!!!!
Here's mine - when I was 16 I was camping at Pittwater at the Basin when the shark net was removed for the first time in 20yrs - it brought in so many sharks because all this food came out or was swimming into the ocean. A group of my friend and family went water-skiing at dusk and I was next to go so was floating off the shore with my ski about 20ms out from the shore. My brother was up skiing while his best mate was driving the boat and his girlfriend was observing. He got whipped and fell off near the point for Mackerel Beach - this is the closest Pittwater point before open ocean. As he was coming back up out of the water behind the boat after his fall a huge shark came out of the water chasing him and lurched at the exact moment my brother came out of the water - it missed him by millimetres. His girlfriend went white and lost all forms of communication and his best mate raced the boat back to the beach to get him out of the water and kept signalling him but of course he was oblivious - they had to run the beach twice to whip him into the shore. They yelled at me to get out of the water and I became Jesus and ran ontop of the water back the shore
Worst part was the following morning we tried to break the waterskiing record and pull 8 people behind the boat (this is against the law
). We did it but then one goose wanted to cross every person and pulled in his tow rope to go under everyone else's from side to side - I got sucked into his wake and plunged into the water - I then had to float in the middle of Pittwater by myself for 30min while they untangled all the ropes and could come and get me - THE MOST SCARIEST MOMENTS OF MY LIFE
