Hell yeah, that's more like it!! Neeson is back in true TAKEN style.
From Jaume Collet-Serra, director of House of Wax (do not hold it against him) and Orphan comes UNKNOWN, a nice looking action film that reminds me of TAKEN. Originally titled UNKNOWN WHITE MALE it is about a man who awakens from a coma, only to discover that someone has taken on his identity and that no one, (not even his wife), believes him. With the help of a young woman, he sets out to prove who he is.
It stars Liam Neeson as Dr. Martin Harris, January Jones (Mad Men) as Elizabeth Harris, Diane Kruger (Inglorious Basterds) as Gina, Frank Langella as Rodney Cole and Aidan Quinn as the impostor Dr Harris. It is written by relative unknowns Oliver Butcher (Dr Jekyll and Ms. Hyde, Take Out the Beast) and Stephen Cornwell (Killing Streets, Marshal Law) and is being produced by a bunch of people but led by Leonard Godlberg who produced the original Charlie's Angels and the movie from 2000. He also produced Starsky and Hutch in 1975.
The film is releasing on 7th January 2011 in the US with no confirmed date in Australia as yet!
