Welcome to Salty Popcorn - my site dedicated to expressing my opinion on films. Most of the reviews I read in the paper make me angry that they are either all so negative or I completely disagree with them. So now it's my turn. I hope you enjoy it and if you do sign up for updates on the left hand side. Thanks for stopping in!! Also, be sure to check out my other blogs www.sydneytable.com and http://www.orble.com/total-randomness/ PLEASE NOTE: My scoring of films is now based on an "Out of 10" score. The meeting of two personalities is like the contact of two chemical substances: if there is any reaction, both are transformed. Carl Jung (1875 - 1961)

It is finally getting closer with a new spiffy poster. At least we now know it will end up with a release and something that will excite everyone that remembers it.

What do you think?
Like the poster?
Do you remember the book?

Crazy. I read this book to my son all the time. Kinda about a bratty little kid that wont eat his food so he decides to run away to where the wild things are. In his quest for happiness he ends up unfulfilled and comes home to find out that it was ok all along.
At least I'm thinking thats the book?
I even own a ... well my son owns a Max stuffed guy.

Morgan - you may have read the book as a kid. More a picture book but had some funnky monsters in it. Jake 5 has kind of summarised it.

Sure Jake 5 - it's yours isn't it?

Yes SAMMY - you probably still have a copy waiting to pick up from Lindfield bookstore for me! Grrrrrrr

Thanks for the comments people.
